加拿大皇家大学（Royal Roads University）系英联邦公立大学协会(the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada)正式会员，是中华人民共和国驻加拿大大使馆及中华人民共和国教育部认证的国外院校。2003年10月中华人民共和国教育部通过教育涉外监管信息网、中国留学网发布了经认证的国外院校名单，皇家大学榜上有名 (http://www.jsj.edu.cn/mingdan/jianada01.html)。如赴加留学学习并赴中国大使馆办理留学登记，可由教育部留学服务中心、中国驻加拿大大使馆进行学历学位认证，享受留学归国人员待遇并获得教育部的正式认可。

Royal Roads University of Canada is an official member of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada, and a certified foreign universities and colleges of The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Canada and The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (MOE). In October 2003, MOE published a list of certified foreign universities and colleges via Foreign-Related Educational Supervision Information Service and Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), and Royal Roads University was on it (Please refer to http://www.jsj.edu.cn/mingdan/jianada01.html). If you go to study in Canada and register with The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Canada, you can get your educational background and degree certified by Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of MOE or The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Canada, and you will be entitled to be treated as a returning scholar from abroad and to be officially recognized by the MOE.
